What aspect of mobile is most exciting to you right now?

The mobile market is exceptionally far-flung and constantly changing as there are new opportunities every day. Omnichannel Messaging, as an innovative and user-friendly service for connecting any enterprise with their customers, is the future of mobile communications.

It enables businesses to send simple or Bulk SMS campaigns to targeted consumers by text input, contact lists upload and immediate or scheduled transmission within various channels, such as SMS, Goggle RCS, Viber, WhatsApp, and Email services.

Omnichannel Messaging is an optimal way to provide unified relevant interactions and experiences across all the messaging channels the audience uses.

What’s the most critical issue that will hit mobile within the next 12 months?

All markets face various challenges that may interfere with the ordinary pace of activity. The issue of Telco fraud is the rising critical issue within the Mobile market.

This issue does not concern only fraudulent traffic that causes huge losses of annual income, but also data leakage and transactional fraud. Even though there are many applications to overcome the issue, fraudulent tools have become more specific. Hence, why harmful effects are likely to increase within the next year.

TeleWhale Ltd. does its best to manage this urgent matter by implementing IT services that are capable of minimizing any partners’ costs and securing data protection.

Apart from your own, which mobile companies are the ones to watch in the year ahead?

A win-win position will be taken by flexible businesses that value quality of services the most and above all. One should keep an eye on the most successful Telcos established in the market for a long time, features a name and reputation, never trembles in front of challenges, and keeps investing towards innovation and growth. Our belief is that current genuine mobile players should provide a wide range of digital solutions to the market, this for all partners and enterprises to operate independently and look out for valuable standards in services.
