Remember it is improving along at least three dimensions – amount of training data, size of the models and amount of available compute for training and inference. It is recommended to start with small-scale AI proofs of concept (PoCs) to a control group of end users to gain experience, and validate the use case, before rolling out to a larger number of users in a full production environment. Remember to invest in training and upskilling your employees who will see at least some of their tasks being taken over by these new AI systems.

It is important to develop a flexible and ethical AI strategy, one that will ensure your training data is of sufficient quality, well-organized and secure.
