Mobile VAS started the mobile content revolution 25 years ago. Back then innovative start ups partnered global brands to create ringtones, screen savers and text services. Of course, those products have gone. But mobile VAS is very much still here. And it’s still evolving.

Leading the VAS charge is Content for Mobile (CFM). It’s a global leader in e-sports, gaming, and live sports, bringing global brands such as NBA and the up and coming Professional Fighters League to the mobile channel. CFM has developed a range of products based on these franchises and is now working with operator partners to promote and monetise them using the DCB channel.

Gaby Bosch, CEO of CFM, outlined his company’s strategy during the keynote address at the Global Carrier Summit 2025 earlier this month. Afterwards, MEF tracked him down for this exclusive video interview…
