Digital Virgo and Claro deliver cutting-edge Cloud Gaming to Peru with Fuze Forge
Cloud gaming is gaining traction in Peru’s rapidly growing gaming market, fueled by increased mobile usage and rising esports interest among younger audiences. Through a partnership between Claro and Digital Virgo, and powered by Ludium Lab, the Fuze Forge Cloud Gaming platform now allows Peruvian users to access over 500 games seamlessly across multiple devices.

The Fuze Forge Cloud Gaming launch represents a significant milestone for Peru’s gaming ecosystem. Developed through the collaboration of Claro, Digital Virgo, and cloud technology provider Ludium Lab, the platform emphasizes accessibility, delivering high-quality gaming experiences without the need for consoles or high-end devices. By streaming games directly over Claro’s mobile and broadband networks, users can enjoy top-tier titles anywhere, anytime—no downloads, installations, or hardware upgrades required, just a reliable internet connection.
“We are proud to launch this premium cloud gaming experience in Peru, building on our successful partnerships across Latin America. In collaboration with Claro and Ludium Lab, we’re delivering to Peruvian users a high-performance platform with an unmatched game catalog, tapping into the momentum of a booming local gaming market. The industry is experiencing significant growth in the country, particularly in the esports segment, as reflected by the Global Esports Games Tour 2025 held in Lima last June and the recent creation of the Peruvian Esports Federation—driven by the growing number of Peruvian players competing internationally.”

Infobip Positions AI as the New Standard for Customer Experience in Asia-Pacific
Infobip’s latest report, “The AI Advantage: How Leading Brands Thrive in a 24 x 7 Customer World,” highlights how Asia-Pacific’s hyper-digital consumers are transforming expectations for constant, seamless engagement. Mobile penetration exceeds 100% in nearly all markets, reaching extreme saturation in places like Hong Kong (264%), Singapore (150%), and Japan and South Korea (140%), while even emerging markets such as Indonesia, the Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam, and India exceed 110%.

This hyper-connectivity has created a new behavior pattern: consumers seamlessly switch between super-apps like LINE, WeChat, KakaoTalk, Zalo, Viber, and WhatsApp, expecting brands to follow them with instant, context-aware, and culturally relevant interactions. AI is emerging as the essential tool for brands to keep pace with this always-on, multi-channel demand.
“Asia-Pacific isn’t just mobile-first. It’s mobile-saturated. People here live their lives across five or six different messaging apps, and they don’t think twice about jumping between them. They expect brands to jump with them, and that creates a zero-wait mindset where they don’t want to be queued, redirected, or asked to repeat themselves. Unfortunately, the reality is that businesses can’t meet that standard with outdated systems. Even early AI efforts like basic chatbots with no access to customer history miss the mark in delivering the hyper-personalized service today’s customers expect. AI has gone from an experiment to the engine room of customer experience.”

Branded Calling to Verify 90 Billion Calls Globally by 2029, as Unified Verification Frameworks Boost Subscriber Protection
A recent study by Juniper Research projects that branded calling frameworks will verify over 90 billion calls globally by 2030, up from less than 10 billion in 2025. Branded calling allows verified businesses to display key information—such as the company name, logo, and reason for the call—when contacting customers, enhancing trust, recognition, and engagement.

“This substantial growth of 870% over the next five years will be driven by rising enterprise adoption of branded calling solutions, even as global voice traffic declines. To maximise value, vendors have a strategic opportunity to integrate verification frameworks into other telecom channels, such as RCS (Rich Communication Services)” says Sam Barker, VP, Telecoms at Juniper Research.
