Direct Carrier Billing (DCB): Norwegian technology enabling Mobile Network Operators (MNOs) globally to offer Direct Carrier Billing as a payment service in the Google Play Store.
Google has selected Telenor Linx as one of the few partners to support the technical migration of their current DCB business in Google Play.
