More people concerned that new technology threatens their data security

New technology may make our lives easier, but most people also believe that technological advances are making their personal data less secure. According to MEF’s latest Global Consumer Trust Survey, an average of 58% of people agree that technological developments are making their personal data less secure, up from 54% in 2022.
