Are Chatbots the Future of Customer Interaction in the US?

The results from MEF’s 11th annual consumer survey reveal that Americans are largely split on the attractiveness of chatting with an online or in-app bot versus the more human touch! Only 26% of respondents viewed chatbots as a positive development, with 24% holding negative views and most (39% of respondents) still neutral about messaging bots instead of humans.
