Agenda

TikTok’s journey in building the Future of Mobile Technologies
Exploring TikTok’s latest technological advancements within the mobile ecosystem and how they’re shaping user experiences.
TikTok’s strategic investments in mobile technology and their potential impact on the broader mobile landscape.
How TikTok is leveraging Telco APIs through the Open Gateway project to drive innovation, foster collaboration, and co-create new opportunities in the mobile space.
The transformative role of mobile industry initiatives in advancing trust, security, minor safety, customer engagement, and digital monetization strategies.

Mobile messaging fraud (SMS, RCS) presents distinct challenges for both regulators and industry. National authorities struggle with cross-border fraud, while the industry, despite facing these same threats, needs to be more proactive in its efforts to combat fraud, which has led to increasing regulatory oversight. Industry also navigates a complex web of varying regulations for sender ID management. This panel explores these challenges and emphasizes the need for greater collaboration, including how industry can take a more leading role. The discussion will focus on building a unified approach to combat mobile fraud, ensuring a secure and trusted mobile ecosystem.

Attend this session to hear the top myths, misconceptions and the hard facts of deploying Network Authentication services globally. Get a better understanding how demand for Network Authentication APIs is driven by the rise of mobile fraud incidents. Contrary to belief, just deploying an API platform does not deliver a business offering. Mobile Network Operators (MNOs) don’t need massive CapEx or new teams to launch Network APIs; managed services like those offered by Shush are available.  Get a clear understanding of fact over fiction at this session.

The discussion will center on ecosystem collaboration that is needed to establish and maintain trust within RCS and RBM messaging.
· John Bruner (AegisMobile) and Stuart Jones (Proofpoint) will highlight tools for validating sender identity, monitoring reputation, and user response tracking and how these tools can be leveraged by the carriers/mobile operators to ensure that they have visibility to the content and messaging flowing through their encrypted networks.
Ever-changing compliance mandates and tighter regulations have transformed the once-simple world of programmatic SMS into a multi-billion-dollar challenge for today’s telecom providers and ISVs. But what if you didn’t have to shoulder that burden alone? In this keynote, we’ll explore how identifying and solving your customers’ biggest SMS pain points can become a strategic advantage for you—allowing you to reduce costs, streamline operations, and capture new revenue streams. Join us to discover the data-driven insights, market-tested best practices, and innovative strategies that will enable you to handle compliance complexity on behalf of your customers, so you can focus on growth instead of grappling with red tape. Get ready to learn how to turn compliance headaches into competitive wins—and leave your clients breathing easier along the way.

Join this panel discussion, featuring Sinch, Google, and the founder of Spiraea Digital, as we delve into the successful implementation and business value of Rich Communication Services (RCS) for Business. Learn how Wecredit leverages RCS to boost engagement, drive conversions, and optimize their strategy with analytics. This panel will explore the benefits of RCS, delve into consumer protection, and discuss lessons learned and the future of RCS.
