Founded in Dublin in 2000 by one of Ireland’s early serial digital entrepreneurs Eamon Hession (Web Factory, PaddyNet, Prommt) Púca was one of Europe’s very first mobile solutions providers. Eileen Carroll joined in late 2001 to help develop the sales operation and introduce our messaging products to clients across various sectors.
Since these early days Púca’s technology has evolved and branched out in response to customer demand to include self-care apps, APIs and SaaS messaging consoles for contact centre teams, marketers and radio stations.
Our newest iteration of the Púca messaging platform is called impower™ for contact centre teams which has tons of useful pro features but is super easy to use with a material design look and feel.
Almost twenty years on and Eileen is now at the helm as MD, supported by an experienced technical and commercial team with Ronan McDermott as Customer Success Manager.
