The Fraud Management workstream is dedicated to promoting, sharing and developing mechanisms to limit fraudulent practices across the messaging ecosystem. An international and cross-sector Working Group looks at the different fraud types affecting enterprise messaging via four sub-groups Network, Consumer, Enterprise and Market.

The Working Group has collaborated to agree best practices to limit fraud and launched the A2P SMS Code of Conduct as part of the programme’s Trust in Enterprise Messaging Service which aims to protect consumers and demonstrate ethical responsibility while maximising value to all companies in the messaging ecosystem.
