Most people don’t trust content on Twitter or Facebook

Meta’s plans to bring out a rival platform to Twitter will have to overcome significant trust issues, with a majority of people not trusting the content they read on either Twitter or Meta-owned Facebook. Trust peaked at 47% in the 35-44 year olds before tailing off in older demographics. Full data is available in MEF’s 9th Annual Trust Study.
