M2M accounts for almost 25% of total mobile cellular connections

Cellular M2M will comprise over 23% of all mobile cellular connections by the end of this year, up from 20% in 2021. According to the latest research conducted by MEF, there will be over 11 billion mobile cellular connections wordlwide end-23, up from 10.2 billion in 2021, with M2M connections rising from 2.04 billion to 2.58 billion over the same period.
