64% of users have to reset their online login credentials
The online mobile world is built for speed and convenience but 28% of smartphone users still face issues logging into their mobile services at least once per month. According to the latest consumer research from MEF, the biggest problem is fingerprint or face IDs not being recognised, followed by remembering the various usernames or passwords and then having to reset usernames or passwords. Approximately 26% of smartphone users reported issues with accessing OTPs or authenticaton apps to verify their identities, with 24% being locked out due to failed login attempts and 21% then having to contact customer support.
