Digital wallets account for 44% of mobile transactions

Use of Digital Wallets such as Apple Pay or Google Pay are becoming increasingly popular at the expense of most other mobile payment methods, according to the latest consumer research conducted by MEF. In 2023, use of digital wallets rose across the board in each scenario measured by MEF – and an average of 3% overall.
