New business models for monetizing mobile access in emerging and developed markets @MWC17

February 28, 2017 @ 14:00 - 15:00

Fira Hall 8.1, Room CC8.20

New business models for monetizing mobile access in emerging and developed markets.

In association with Syntonic, this session examines new business models for accessing content. A representative stakeholder panel of global mobile operators share insights on access models, such as sponsored data, data rewards, and content subscriptions that enable access to be provided for free, helping the mobile ecosystem acquire, engage, and retain users while monetizing content services.

The discussion will look at use cases from both emerging and developed markets to understand how data access models are addressing consumer demand for anytime content access free of data charges.
