Either enter red carpet arrivals to the MEFFYS from the Staircase of Honour or by the Courtyard entrance. You’ll be greeted with a flute of fizz and escorted down the red carpet into the breathtaking Contracting Hall where you will take your seat for the MEFFYS AWARDS SHOW. The shortlisted entries will be showcased with the winners of 7 categories announced LIVE. It will be broadcasted live on MEF RADIO and MEF TV. Prepare yourself for a few surprises.

Prepare to step back in time and groove the night away at the Studio 54 Disco. You don’t have to be a fan of the 70’s to enjoy this party. Quiet Chill Zones for those who want to connect. It’s the unmissable, ultimate Party

Gourmet delights, cocktails, wine, fizz, beer and soft drinks and a band that will make it impossible to not shuffle, even a little.

• 18:30 – MEFFYS AWARDS red carpet arrivals –  Upon entry you will be offered a flute of fizz while you mingle with MEFFYS stars on the red carpet. Have your picture taken along the photo-wall. The heated courtyard will be the central point for the pre-show buzz. And a chance to check out the best MEFFYS black-tie outfits before the show starts.
• 19:00 – Take your seat in the stunning Contracting Hall, as the show is about to start! All the nominees will be displayed on the large stage screen. The show will be a spectacle of special presenter-guests, Winners revealed and the Winning Campaigns, Awards presented, mini-speeches, and of course our very own CEO as MEF host. 8 Awards will be handed out on the night for: IOT, Connectivity, ID & Data, Payments, Content & Advertising, Enterprise Communications, Sustainability, Special Individual 

• 20:00 – As the MEFFYS Show comes to an end a sumptuous array of food booths will entice all your senses, in the courtyard, along with a vast choice of drink stations. Eat, drink, be merry, and connect in the beautiful setting – and for those who want to continue to chat and make new connections; a quieter zone with comfy seating is available dotted around the heated patio until midnight.
• 21:00 – Some of you will be tempted by the familiar tunes of the live 70’s 80’s fantastic band on stage in the Contracting Hall for MEFFYS Studio 54 Party and others won’t be able to stop themselves dancing – regardless, a good night; it promises to be! See how many people you can fit into the Photobooth for instant memories. Sample delicious cocktails to give you the Dutch courage to dance or you can just Instagram. Nibble at the gourmet delights on offer.
• 22:00 – Pace yourself a bit for the DJ set with special guest. Whatever your dance style, musical preference, there will be something for everyone. And of course there is always ‘special requests’ if you ask nicely enough. The night continues both inside and out on the patio with food, drinks, networking.
• 00:00 – return to the Contracting Hall for a midnight surprise
