MEF’s next roundtable in our RCS business messaging series will take place at the iconic O2 Tower in Munich, Germany on Wednesday 5th February 2020. Supported by MEF Member LivePerson and hosted by Telefonica the roundtable is member & invite only where brand and enterprise guests can see first-hand the very latest developments in RCS Business Messaging and hear directly from those whose current campaigns are producing very exciting read/conversion rates as compared to traditional channels.

Morning Session: Brands & Agencies

Attendees can experience first-hand the very latest developments in RCS in the German market that will help drive deeper and more meaningful interaction with customers. RCS provides brands with the opportunity to increase their engagement with customers by making use of business messaging using chatbots and AI. User adoption is simple and straightforward. There is no longer a need to download multiple apps; instead, users gain direct access to a range of brands and services from within the messaging app itself, allowing them to engage with virtual assistants to book flights, buy clothes, make restaurant reservations and more.

The morning session features updates from the German MNOs O2, Deutsche Telekom, Vodafone and their international counterparts who will share real-life use-cases of RCS Business Messaging. Nick Lane from analyst house MobileSquared will present their latest German market forecasts and the GSMA will provide a global rollout update, finally German digital agency Fairrank will offer their local market perspective on how RCS can transform your customer interactions.

In the afternoon MEF will faciltate industry discussions, providing updates from it’s Working Group including on RCS Best Practices and Security roadmap.
