MEF returned to London for the last major events of 2024 with the 4th annual MEF Connects Omnichannel event, as well as the MEF AGM and two MEF Meetups, held in the stunning halls of the famous Institute of Directors on Pall Mall in Central London. Guests who braved the wet and snowy UK weather were treated to a comprehensive view of the world of Omnichannel communication and customer engagement, with industry leaders, innovators, and experts exploring the latest trends, technologies, and strategies shaping the future of Omnichannel experiences, from the evolution of messaging platforms to the impact of AI and much more.
