The finalists for the 2016 West African Mobile Awards have been announced with a shortlist featuring the region’s leading mobile tech companies. The annual awards attracted submissions from 10 countries across 3 continents, and were chosen by an independent panel of international judges.
The WAMAS are the first West African technology awards targeted at the best mobile and technology companies from across the region. The awards are held in conjunction with Mobile West Africa, the foremost annual technology gathering in West Africa and the 2016 winners will be announced at the WAMAS party on Thursday 21st April in Lagos.
MEF is hosting the second MEF Connects Nigeria on April 20th co-located with MWA 2016. Supported by Bango and MTech the evening is an opportunity for Members and MWA attendees to learn more about conducting business in the region while networking with local and international carriers, pioneers and innovators.
